over 25 years of combined experience, Eric & Chris have helped hundreds of
people, from someone touching a weight for the very first time to competitive
body builders trying to win their state title. It's been a very rewarding
and memorable path and we are looking forward to continuing it for many more
years, helping to change many more lives.
Certified by the American Aerobic Association International and the International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI / ISMA). We stay on top of all the latest research by attending many seminars, classes and conferences throughout the country each year. This helps us bring our clients the most updated research and training techniques available.
